Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange an item, we are here to assist you.


  • Returns are only accepted if the product is defective; otherwise, we cannot process a return.
  • To be eligible for a return or an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed with tags attached, packaging included,  and in the same condition as received.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at to initiate the exchange process. Please include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired replacement item in your email.
  2. Once your exchange request is approved, expect the courier to come pick up the item(s) within [2-4] business days.
  3. Securely package the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  4. Handle the package to the courier.
  5. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item(s) to you.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including:
    • Items marked as final sale.
    • Gift cards.
